This page hasn't changed in ages because nothing has happened in ages. The server will be offline at least until I move, and even then, I still may not run the server 24 hours. Please don't make any offers - the only way I plan on having this game online is by hosting it myself.

Yes, Masashi very likely will be making a comeback. As much of the game as possible will be rebuilt from scratch, and it will be unplayable for a long time. However, once the server is up and running for construction, it will be open for everyone.
